Presence is crucial to an embodied, joyous life—presence in the mind, in the body, in the moment. (The little Yoga Snack is a fun feature that will change from time to time on this site.) My classes will invite you to be fully present, and to pay close attention to all aspects of your breath, your body, your heart, your spirit. You may come into a more intimate, conscious and respectful relationship with your own body and how it moves through life. At least that’s what happened when I started meditating and practicing yoga.
