Come sit with the Long Island Dharmata Sangha. We meet roughly every two weeks to hear livestreamed teachings from Anam Thubten. The meetings are held in one of two homes in western Long Island (mine or fellow sangha member, Stephanie Cleary’s), Click here for all the information you'll need. It’s important we know how many are coming so we can set up the space, so please register by clicking here.
How do you start your day? I mean, really. Do you open your eyes and mindlessly go through the motions? Do you check Facebook and then spend scary amounts of time scrolling down? How does your day end? Do you stay busy with your mind until the very last second, with TV or busy work (or, you know, Facebook with the scrolling)? If you do, you're robbing yourself, 24/7.
Come learn about the benefits of consciously beginning and ending each day with rituals created by you. You will learn clear, 5-minute yoga sequences that lay the groundwork for whatever comes next: energy for the day, or peace for the night.
Reclaim the integrity of your day, by giving it a strong place to stand in the morning, and a safe place to sleep at night.
